1 PRAYER AGENDA

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

(2 Chronicles 7:14)

Surely, the only protection America has against the Satanic Agenda for this nation, is prayer. Satan has done much to inflict great damage on this nation in the spiritual and political realm as evidenced by the practice of "abortion on demand", the removal of prayer and the bible from the classrooms of America and the continuing, ongoing assault on the institution of marriage by the Sodomites. This "Prayer Agenda" is offered as a guide to issues that need to be prayed both "for" and "about". I urge you, to be involved in a prayer effort, not only individually, but corporately with others in your family, church, office, friends, neighbors or co-workers. God Bless You!!

I. Spiritually.

Pray asking God to:

1. Purge, purify, cleanse and refine our spiritual leadership in our churches and denominations.

2. To restore true biblical values and standards to His people.

3. To reveal "spiritual wickedness in high places" in our denominations, and churches.

4. Bring revival to America that will destroy the works of the enemy in our midst.

II. Judicially
Pray asking God to:

1. Put in place a Supreme Court that will reverse "Roe vs. Wade" and stop the practice of abortion.

2. To reverse those judicial edicts and legislative actions that militate against the Word of God and character of Christ Jesus.

3. To replace ungodly Judges who are hurting this nation spiritually, and to replace them with Spirit led, Spirit anointed Judges at all levels.

III. Politically
Pray asking God to:

1. Replace those Senators and Congressmen who are hurting this nation spiritually with those who are spiritual and who will be a blessing to the nation.

2. Replace Governors and State legislators who are hurting this nation spiritually with those who are spiritual and who will be a blessing to the nation.

3. Block any ungodly, unholy, unspiritual person from being elected to the Presidency, Senate or Congress.

4. To give us Holy Spirit anointed and led political leadership in America.

IV. National Defense
Pray asking God to:

1. Reveal the plans of the enemies of our nation in advance of their being able to carry them out and allow their plans to be brought to nothing.

2. Reveal any and all weapons of mass destruction that the enemy may have in America so that they cannot be used against us.

3. Protect our military and provide us with Spirit anointed leadership in our military.

V. Personally

"Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully." (Ps 24:3 - 24:4)

All of the spiritual/moral problems of the nation can be attributed to the church in America. She, the "Bride of Christ" remained strangely silent when the Supreme Court of the United States of America deemed it legal and within the rights of a woman to take the life of her baby in the womb.

She remained strangely quiet when the Supreme Court of the United States of America ruled that prayer had to be silenced in the classrooms of America.

She remained strangely quiet when the Bible, and the Ten Commandments were removed from the classroom.

And now, as the battle rages across state lines and in the courts concerning the sanctity of marriage, she seems to be reluctant to address the issue and confront the enemy.

None of this has gone un-noticed by God, and, if the church persists in her current course of non-action, it will not go unanswered!

Therefore, it is absolutely incumbent upon the church that she use the "weapons of her warfare" which are not "carnal", but, " mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds".

(2 Cor 10:3-4)

For rest assured, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." (Eph 6:12 )

To be sure, before our prayers are to be accepted by our Heavenly Father, we must first cleanse ourselves through the confession of our personal sins, and, we must confess as sin, the prayer-less-ness, the spiritual apathy, the spiritual lethargy, the lukewarmness and the backsliding of the church.

If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me: (Ps 66:18)
